Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
When purchasing any product from Rathbone Angling, you will be asked to read these terms and conditions. By proceeding with your order you will have agreed to accept them. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from Rathbone Angling.
- SERVICES
Rathbone Angling holds the rights to cancel/withdraw all services at any time. A full refund will be processed in this instance.
Refunds can be issued up to 48 hours prior to booking start time. No refunds will be processed within the 48-hour period before booking start time.
2. DISCLAIMER
Upon purchasing a service supplied by Rathbone Angling, the client (or parent or guardian on behalf of Under 18 years olds) must sign the disclaimer. By signing the disclaimer and agreeing to terms and conditions, you are agreeing that:
- Rathbone Angling is not liable for the replacement or cost to fix any damage to loaned equipment during coaching sessions. Any equipment hired from Rathbone Angling that becomes damaged by the user or through user error must be paid for by the client choosing to either fix or replace the equipment from our recommended supplier. Any inadvertent loss of fishing line, terminal tackle or lead weights will incur fees to the client suitable to cover replacements.
- Photographs and video footage may be taken during sessions to aid the client in improving skills, health and safety and also for social media and website advertising of Rathbone Angling. If you do not consent to this, please opt out during purchase of services.
- At Rathbone Angling any tuition / coaching received cannot guarantee catching and the landing of fish.
- Any litter generated during outdoor coaching session(s) will be removed by coach and client from the area after the session has finished plus a litter sweep of the area will be carried out and disposed of in suitable waste and recycle bins.
- Change of date or time for outdoor sessions is possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in the weather which cannot be controlled.
- Weather conditions may deem the outdoor sessions unsafe. Unsafe conditions will be decided by the coach 12 hours prior to the session start time. If unsafe conditions are decided, sessions will be postponed and rebooked at the client's convenience. If the weather has turned during a session and needs to be aborted, the session will be booked at the client's convenience.
